We don't build the warehouse. We make it operational.
Imagine your house had to be remodeled while your family kept living in it every day. That is what we do for giant warehouses. We install new equipment, move things around, improve the space and get it ready for what is next, without ever stopping the work inside.
MOCA is not a general contractor. The building is the shell. We are the team that turns it into a working operation, and keeps it working as the operation changes.
Orchestration
One accountable team sequencing every trade, every delivery and every handover on your site.
Agility
Rapid deployment, adaptive sequencing and a cadence that scales across sites.
Three ways we get into your building.

From an empty floor to a building ready to take its first order, with one team accountable for the whole sequence.

The day we leave, the racking is up, the floor is marked, the equipment is installed and tested, and the building can take its first order. That is the only definition of done we use.
01
Installed, not just delivered.
Racking, modules, workstations, signage and safety guardrails assembled and in place, tested against the layout you approved.
02
A floor anyone can read.
5S markings, labeling and visual organization done so a new hire finds a location without asking.
03
A handover with nothing pending.
Non-inventory received and counted, deep cleaning done and a final report you can hand to your own management.
