Federal data protection regulation. We handle personal information under the United States privacy frameworks that apply to us, and we keep to what each one requires.

The Privacy Act of 1974
Protects individuals from unauthorized collection, maintenance, use and disclosure of their personal information by federal government agencies. It grants individuals the right to request their records, seek corrections and be protected against unwarranted privacy invasions. The Act also requires agencies to follow fair information practices and limit how they share information.

Connecticut Data Privacy Act
Also known as the Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring, it grants Connecticut residents the right to access, correct, delete and opt out of the sale of their personal data.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
Requires operators of commercial websites and online services that collect personal information from California residents to post a conspicuous privacy policy and to comply with it.
